National Cluster Programmes

13 national expertise clustersThe Centre of Expertise Programme implements 13 national expertise clusters. Each comprises 4 to 7 regional centres of expertise. An expertise cluster is a network and cooperation forum for the centres of expertise, and it operates as a managed network for the purpose of reaching shared aims. Programme directors have been selected to coordinate each cluster’s national and international activities. The activities of expertise clusters are based on their cluster programmes, which define strategic areas of emphasis and the aims of activities. |
