We coordinate national and international consortium projects, such as EU projects and Tekes’ company consortium projects. We also offer expertise in the preparation of different projects. In addition, we are responsible for several regional, national and international development programmes, such as the coordination of the administration projects of Tekes programmes and the Centre of Expertise Programme (OSKE).
Together with companies and research institutes, we recognise and prepare projects starting from the needs of our key fields of activity. Through these projects we promote the many-sided development of business and expertise. We are usually responsible for the entirety of projects, from preliminary briefings to final reports. The realisation of our projects is characterised by expertise, efficiency and impartiality. We have extensive experience in the realisation of different sizes of projects.
Company consortium projects
Company consortium projects usually involve 5 to 15 businesses that share a common challenge or need related to product development. The projects typically consist of cooperation between the companies and work by outside experts. The projects can include aims on two levels: first, general work to develop the field of the entire project, and second, business-specific product or production development which will transfer the added value created in the project into a concrete benefit for the business. Hermia’s role in the company consortium projects is the launching of projects and coordination during their run.
EU projects
The framework programme projects supported by the European Union are R&D projects realised through international cooperation. Through various means such as structural funds, the EU also supports different development projects between regional actors, businesses, research institutes and universities. Hermia has especially strong expertise in the preparation of framework programme projects and in the administration of funded projects.
